As a small business, cancellations, no-shows and lateness are detrimental to our success as they can prevent other customers from booking in and potentially waste the time (for example, preparation, travel to/from the salon) of our Specialists. By implementing a No-show, Cancellation and Lateness policy, this ensures our customers commit to their appointments. We thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter, and it is noted that you understand and agree to the below terms and conditions when making a booking with us.
Vixen Hair understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge specific to the service type selected (this will be confirmed when booking your appointment). Please note that appointments made within 48 hours are still subject to this cancellation policy once the booking has been confirmed by Vixen Hair.
Should a client cancel last minute or fail to show up for their appointment, they will be charged based on the length of the service booked at an hourly cancellation rate of $90 per hour. If a customer arrives late and the team is able to complete their service by adjusting other appointments a full late fee is applicable. The time during which the client has not arrived and the service cannot commence as scheduled, the full standard hourly fee of $120 will be charged for the duration of the delay. These fees account for staff wages, location overheads, and remove the loss of earnings due to the disruption.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service (or part of your service) if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show,” and your card will be charged for the service scheduled (please note, this is non-refundable in any circumstance).
Vixen Hair Extensions values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Vixen Hair Extensions need to cancel your appointment due to scheduling issues and cannot reschedule your appointment within a 24-hour timeframe, we will provide you with a free gift to compensate at your next identical appointment. Please note, this does not apply if business operation is affected due to external factors outside of our control (for example, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, etc.).
