Free Consultation Agreement

Please note, all customers requesting a Consultation understand that a $50 charge is applied to their card prior to the appointment to secure the consultation. This deposit is non-refundable unless the customer cancels their appointment in line with our Cancellation and No-Show Policy. This fee is enforced to the protect the business of its valuable time and is kept should the client not wish to go ahead with an order. If the customer does want to go ahead with an order of hair extensions or Human Hair products, the $50 will be deducted from the total – thus making the consultation “Free”.

Removal / Maintenance of another Salon’s Work
Fitting / Refitting another companies Hair Extensions Agreement
I understand that, if I wish for Vixen Hair to undertake the following services:

  • Removal of another specialist/salon's fitting
  • Fitting another suppliers Hair
  • Re-fitting another suppliers Hair
That I am fully responsible for the end result. I understand that, in this situation, Vixen Hair has not provided a recommendation for the type, amount, length, color or grade of hair supplied and is, therefore, not liable for any issue that may arise or for a customer who is not happy with the end result – this includes from removal of someone else's work or fitting / re-fitting of these extensions. I understand that, when removing another salon's work, Vixen Hair will not be responsible for any damage which may be caused from poor fitting, matting or knotting. Vixen Hair will only be liable for the quality of the beads or cotton it supplies if conducting a refitting of the hair extensions.

Time Allocation for Knotting / Matting

I understand that, should i arrive at my appointment with matting / knotting, Vixen Hair will charge the additional time required to gently remove this. This will be in line with the hourly cost for the service requested. This involves the use of specialist tools (rather than a brush) and is a way of protecting the scalp / hair follicles and prevent hair loss.

Completion of a Service Appointment

It is assumed that, once completed and the customer pays / leaves the salon, that the requested service has been completed to a satisfactory standard. As a business, we are careful when cutting extensions to ensure we do not remove too much length. We offer the client 1 x free (only) appointment where they can have more taken off the cut. We also allow the customer to utilise this free follow up appointment if they find the placement isn’t quite right or too much has been applied (and some need to be removed). This only covers the removal and/or refit of one line on each side of the head. Anymore than this and the customer is liable to pay for additional removal or refitting services at the usually hourly rate. This free appointment is only applicable in the first 2 weeks of wear and MUST be booked with the original stylist that conducted the first appointment.
