Hair Care Purchase Waiver

This waiver confirms the customer's acceptance of full responsibility for the hair extensions (in terms of longevity, quality and aftercare) once fitted.
You are considered to have read fully and accept the Terms and Conditions of this waiver when making a purchase of a Hair Extension product that includes the Waiver discount.

The Business has completed the following service(s) in full for the Client, as agreed upon: Consultation (whether verbal, face-to-face or via zoom).

The Client hereby acknowledges that all Business services were provided as agreed upon and as described, with no issues identified upon completion.
I am aware that a deposit payment for all hair must be made in full (weather directly to Vixen Hair or via Afterpay / ZipPay), prior to it being ordered by your specialist.

I am aware that, once the hair has been ordered with the supplier, it is non-refundable. Should i change my mind for any reason once the order has been placed by Vixen Hair, i am aware that Vixen Hair will give me the hair in its packaged form once it arrives from the supplier. This is due to the order being made to my requirements.
I understand that, due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of hair extension products that refunds/exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. Hair extensions are classified as human products, i am aware that the Health Department regulations restrict Vixen Hair from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions.

I agree that, once my new hair extensions have been fitted and i have departed the Vixen Hair Salon, that i am fully responsible for the high level of care that is needed to keep them in good condition. I understand that an email will be sent with aftercare information and I can also access this information via this link. Unless i can prove, within 3 days of fitting, that the hair extensions are not as described ( non-Remy when sold as Remy) or faulty (the bond is shedding and hair is coming away), i agree that i am not entitled to a refund in any other circumstance as it is impossible for Vixen Hair to establish whether i have been caring for them properly. I understand that Vixen Hair can establish if the extensions have been incorrectly looked after by looking at the extent of the damage. I understand that excessive pulling of the hair extensions can cause damage to the bond, thread, or metal tip and i am responsible for the repair (which will incur an additional cost). I understand that the use (even single use) of a low grade product or dying product can damage the extension beyond repair. I understand that rigorous testing is undertaken at every stage of production and at delivery by the Vixen Hair Factory and the Vixen Hair Team. The VH team will not allow for a Hair product that has been deemed incorrect or faulty to be fitted. I understand that this may extend the timing of my fitting appointment as Vixen Hair Extensions will ask the factory to remake the product to the high standard / specification they work too. I am aware that, due to the production time needed and the level of processing my own natural hair has been through, my natural colour may change between consultation and fitting (or if I get it re-coloured within this timeframe). If this occurs, it is my responsibility to rectify the colour at my own cost with a colour specialist (Vixen Hair Extensions can recommend a colourist who can assist). I also bare all responsibility for any colour rectification undertaken and understand that this additional processing on the extensions will shorten its lifespan. . I agree that, due to hygiene reasons, Vixen Hair will not refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, washed, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product.

I understand that, to qualify for a refund or replacement for stock products (not applicable to personalised orders) that have not been fitted, the product must be returned within 7 days in UNUSED CONDITION. The cord seal around the top of the extension bundle cannot be broken or removed and it must still be within its original packaging. All packaging and free gifts must be returned with the purchase in unused condition also. I agree that, due to hygiene reasons, Vixen Hair will not refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, washed, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product.
